only when you apply for official panel membership at age 25+.

Young Membership is a learning and mentorship programme.
It is not equivalent to empanelment as an Arbitrator, Mediator,
or Panch. Formal empanelment requires minimum age 25,
completion of training, and an independent application under
BNVSK Rules, 2024.
