Approved applicants receive an official Approval Letter with their empanelment category, applicable fees and any additional training requirements.
A non-refundable application fee of ₹2,000 applies at the time of submission. Upon approval, members pay either an annual or a triennial empanelment fee based on their membership category.

Not necessarily. While a legal background is required for most Arbitrator levels, our Panch Registry is open to community leaders, sector experts and professionals from any background. Our Mediator Panel welcomes applicants from law, commerce, psychology, social work and related fields.
Yes. Level A (Junior) empanelment is designed for applicants with less than five years of professional experience, provided you complete the required foundational training.
Applications are reviewed within approximately 45 days from the date of receipt.
Yes. Applicants may apply for multiple categories, provided they satisfy the eligibility requirements for each respective panel.
Membership must be renewed every three years with proof of continuing professional education. Failure to renew or meet educational requirements may result in removal from the active panel.
