A dedicated pathway for law students, young advocates, and early-career professionals to learn, train, and grow within India’s fastest-growing Alternative Dispute Resolution institution.
Start your ADR journey with confidence.
India’s dispute resolution ecosystem is growing rapidly, yet many talented young professionals don’t receive meaningful exposure until years into their careers.
BNVSK Young Members was created to bridge this gap through structured training, mentorship, practical exposure and a clear pathway toward professional empanelment—long before the traditional route allows.
The future of Indian ADR depends on introducing talented professionals to Arbitration, Conciliation, Mediation and Panchayat systems early—not after they’ve already become senior.
Access foundational Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation programmes recognised under BNVSK’s empanelment framework.
Learn directly from experienced arbitrators, mediators, conciliators and Panchs with practical case-based guidance.
Attend real ADR proceedings (subject to consent) and understand practical dispute resolution first-hand.
Complete the foundation programme and become eligible for Level A Arbitrator, Mediator Panel and Panch Registry.
Connect with ambitious ADR professionals through networking events, forums, workshops and collaborative learning.
Build your professional profile through publications, certifications, observerships, competitions and recognised achievements.
