Register as a Young Member and create your BNVSK profile through our simple enrolment process.

Learn
Complete BNVSK-recognised foundational training in Arbitration, Conciliation, Mediation or Panchayat Procedure including the mandatory 16-hour course.

Observe & Engage
Participate in webinars, workshops and practical observership opportunities to understand real ADR proceedings.

Apply for Empanelment
Once eligible (minimum age 25) and after completing the required training, apply for Level A Arbitrator or Mediator Panel.

Eligibility
Who Can Join?
Open to individuals aged 18 years and above who are law students, graduates, or early-career professionals.
Formal Arbitrator and Mediator empanelment requires a minimum age of 25 under BNVSK Rules.
No previous Arbitration, Conciliation or Mediation experience is required.
Applicants should have a genuine interest in ADR and agree to follow the BNVSK Code of Ethics.

Is Young Membership the same as being empanelled as an arbitrator?
No. Young Membership is a learning and mentorship community that prepares you for empanelment. Formal empanelment follows BNVSK’s standard application process and eligibility criteria.
I’m still a law student — can I join?
Yes. Law students and early-career professionals are welcome to join, learn ADR skills, and prepare for future empanelment.
Does Young Membership guarantee empanelment later?
No. It provides training, mentorship and practical exposure, but every formal empanelment application is independently evaluated.
Is there a fee to join?
No. Young Membership is completely free. Registration, learning sessions and mentorship carry no fee. Formal empanelment fees apply only when applying for official panel membership.
