Ravi Pandey

Ravi Pandey is an experienced CEO, Management Consultant, and Strategic Finance Expert based in Delhi, India. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Vaseeyatnama in Lucknow, a role he has held since May 2024, while simultaneously serving as Director at Staava (since March 2018) and Head of Finance and Taxation for the Staava Group (since August 2016). In these leadership roles, he specializes in Virtual CFO services, direct and indirect tax strategies, financial modeling, business valuation, and transaction advisory. Submit Your Application

Submit the completed application along with supporting documents online or to the BNVSK Registrar.

Applications are reviewed within 45 days.

Evaluation

Applications are evaluated based on qualification, expertise, ADR training, references, experience and, where necessary, a short interview.

Approval & Empanelment

Approved applicants receive an official Approval Letter with their empanelment category, applicable fees and any additional training requirements.

Membership becomes active after payment of the prescribed fee.

Membership Fees & Empanelment Charges

A non-refundable application fee of ₹2,000 applies at the time of submission. Upon approval, members pay either an annual or a triennial empanelment fee based on their membership category.

Do I need to be a lawyer to apply?

Not necessarily. While a legal background is required for most Arbitrator levels, our Panch Registry is open to community leaders, sector experts and professionals from any background. Our Mediator Panel welcomes applicants from law, commerce, psychology, social work and related fields.

I have no prior arbitration experience — can I still apply?

Yes. Level A (Junior) empanelment is designed for applicants with less than five years of professional experience, provided you complete the required foundational training.

How long does the application process take?

Applications are reviewed within approximately 45 days from the date of receipt.

Can I be empanelled in more than one category?

Yes. Applicants may apply for multiple categories, provided they satisfy the eligibility requirements for each respective panel.

What happens if my membership lapses?

Membership must be renewed every three years with proof of continuing professional education. Failure to renew or meet educational requirements may result in removal from the active panel.
