Bharatiya Nyaya Vikalp Samadhan Kendra (BNVSK) is an Indian dispute resolution institution founded on one simple belief—justice should be swift, affordable and accessible, without compromising legal rigour.
We are an initiative under the Emerging Businesses Chamber of Commerce (EBCC), governed by Staava Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., administering Arbitration, Conciliation, Mediation and community-based Panchayat proceedings for individuals, businesses and institutions across India.
