Mahima Kirori is a practising advocate with over 10 years of experience across corporate advisory, commercial litigation, arbitration, contract management, and regulatory compliance, and brings this cross-sectoral legal and commercial grounding to her role as Head of the Rajasthan Chapter of the Emerging Chamber of Commerce. She holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from the National Law University, Jodhpur, and has built a practice advising businesses, financial institutions, production houses, and SMEs — giving her firsthand insight into the challenges facing enterprises of every size across the state.
She is an Empanelled Counsel for LIC of India and Punjab National Bank, and serves as legal retainer to organisations across media & entertainment, infrastructure, manufacturing, and the social sector. Her work spans commercial transactions, contract negotiation, corporate governance, consumer protection, banking and insurance disputes, intellectual property, real estate due diligence, and dispute resolution — a breadth of experience that positions her to engage meaningfully with the diverse membership base of the Chamber.
Beyond her core practice, Mahima has advised production houses and content creators on commercial agreements, rights management, and licensing, reflecting her ability to structure viable transactions while safeguarding client interests, a skill set directly relevant to supporting emerging businesses and entrepreneurs through the Chamber. She has contributed to policy research and stakeholder engagement in media regulation, telecommunications, the digital economy, e-commerce, and emerging technologies, and has spoken at national conferences on artificial intelligence and law, international commercial arbitration, intellectual property, and energy transition.

As Head of the Rajasthan Chapter, she is committed to bridging legal and commercial expertise with grassroots business needs — building a stronger network of enterprises, professionals, and policymakers across the state and enabling sustainable, informed growth for the region’s business community.
